Since I live outside the province in B.C. there was extra challenges with long distance calls and faxing forms to sign back and forth. Carole-Bea was very efficient, informative and professional with all aspects of selling both my apartments. In fact both were sold almost simiultaneously for the price I wanted. Linda was very helpful over the phone byt helping me fill out the required forms and making sure I had all the information required.
